So I said in my previous post I was looking forward to my 2 little munchkins being best friends. But I'm afraid this friendship might get in the way...

Mr. Mom
This past week was at blur. First Maggie had the stomach virus, then Brian, then me! Brian had to play Mr. Mom for 2 days bc I was too sick to get out of bed. Some of his tasks included dressing, bathing, feeding, taking to and from school, etc etc. He did wonderful!! I was very impressed with his Mr. Mom skills. He even had to take her to the doctor by himself. He only called 5 times during the whole doctor visit, which I thought was pretty good. :) He took Maggie to Target after her appointment to get her medicine and called me shortly after he got there to say..."How do I pee when I have Maggie?" I chuckled, "HA!!!!! YOU DON'T!! Welcome to my world!!"
All ready for school by Daddy!!
Notice all the scratches on her face...we bang our head on something at least 10 times a day. NO...that's an understatement. More like 20. The girl is a monkey and climbs up everything!

CRAZY!
So I know what you're thinking...bc we are thinking it too!!! YES...we are CRAZY!!! YES...they will ONLY be 17 months apart. YES...it will be like having twins for a while. Needless to say...this was a big surprise to you, and a big surprise to us as well!!! We are super excited though, and can't wait for our little munchkins to be best friends!!! At least until high school...
I am now 13 weeks, due March 29th. So far, so good. This one is already night and day different than my pregnancy with Maggie. I feel so much better, and much less sick! Boy maybe????
I look forward to blogging with you through my journey with Baby #2!
I managed to go this whole week without taking 1 new picture. Sorry!!! Maggie is wonderful, and walking all over the place. She is very excited about becoming a big sister, but has promised me that she will remain a baby for as long as she possibly can!!!

Beach Trip 2010
There is a million pictures in this post! Our beach trip was amazing!!! It flew by, and I want so badly to still be going to sleep in our condo listening to the ocean waves. Maggie had a blast!! She was fearless. She loved the kiddie pool, and wanted to run full blast through the water fountains. She would have taken off trying to swim in the big pool if we would have let her. She loves everything about the water. She also LOVED the beach! She wanted to get closer and closer to the waves, and even tried a little sand to see how it tasted. She was a doll this trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better family vacation. My parents and Aunt Ali and Uncle Ken joined us for the first weekend we were there! We were so glad they came too!

This is how I spent many a afternoons at the beach. We hated to go inside when it was so pretty, so we napped at the beach instead! The waves put her right to sleep!

There were a lot of first for Maggie on this trip. First time at the beach. First time to go without bottles during the day (still having a night time baba though). First time to order off the kids menu. We discovered she LOVES grilled cheese and mac-n-cheese. First time to build a bear at the Wharf. If you have not been to build a bear with your kids it was so much fun!! Maggie loves Moo Moo(her bear) that she built and carries it everywhere. You can even press its paws and it has my voice saying I love you. First time to play put put golf too.
Have I mentioned Maggie is full out walking? Well she is!!!! Here is a video of her walking around the house. Notice the golf club and ball in her hand. They go everywhere she goes!!
